These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in HONEY HEARTS LLC faith-based classes/events (online or in-person) and educational tutoring/coaching/appointments (including phone and in-office sessions). By booking, registering, attending, or participating, you agree to these Terms.

Age Policy

Participants must be 18 years or older, as required by HONEY HEARTS LLC.

Booking, Scheduling & Attendance

Please schedule 3–5 days in advance when possible. Appointment/class times, duration, and format (Zoom, phone, or in-office in Plano, TX) are as listed at booking. If you arrive late, your session may still end at the scheduled time.

Payments, Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Payment (if applicable) is due at booking unless otherwise stated. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your start time. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. HONEY HEARTS LLC may limit future bookings after repeated late cancellations/no-shows.

Faith-Based & Educational Disclaimer (Not Professional Advice)

Content may include Christian faith-based teaching, prayer, encouragement, and educational guidance. Services are provided for spiritual and educational purposes and are not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and do not replace licensed professional care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Participation Guidelines

We ask all participants to act respectfully and honorably. Disruptive, unsafe, harassing, or unlawful behavior may result in removal from a session/event without refund (when applicable). For group events, please respect others’ privacy and do not record, share, or repost content from sessions without permission.

Intellectual Property

Materials, lesson content, handouts, recordings, and brand assets are owned by HONEY HEARTS LLC unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, sold, or redistributed without written permission.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that HONEY HEARTS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. For in-person activities, you assume typical risks of travel and participation and agree to follow reasonable safety instructions.

Changes to Services & Terms

Schedules, instructors, locations, and formats may change as needed. These Terms may be updated periodically; the latest version applies to future bookings.
